Affiliate Brand Services Specialist - Marquette (Hybrid)

The Affiliate Brand Services Specialist enhances the member experience by supporting strategic affiliate partnerships that prioritize exceptional service. This role collaborates with affiliate partners to ensure all interactions reflect MSUFCU’s mission of outstanding service, financial education, and tailored solutions. Working closely with the Affiliate Brand Services Manager, the Affiliate Brand Services Specialist provides operational support, ensures consistent communication, and gathers feedback to identify service improvement opportunities. This position plays a key role in maintaining alignment between affiliate activities and the credit union’s values and member-focused goals.
