Long-Lewis Auto Group is looking for a dependable and motivated Fixed Operations Support Staff team member to help keep our service-related departments running smoothly.

This is a hands-on, active position for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with a team, and jumping in wherever help is needed. Throughout the day, you may assist with keeping service areas clean and organized, moving vehicles, helping with customer shuttle transportation or vehicle pick-up and delivery, and supporting other day-to-day needs throughout fixed operations.

You’ll also have the opportunity to interact with customers by greeting guests, helping point them in the right direction, and providing the friendly service Long-Lewis is known for. While the position includes some document scanning and filing, this is not a desk or administrative role. You’ll spend much of your day on the move, working both indoors and outdoors and helping wherever you’re needed most.

What You’ll Do Provide hands-on support throughout our fixed operations departments. Help keep service areas clean, organized, safe, and ready for the day. Move vehicles and assist with customer shuttle transportation, pick-up, and delivery. Welcome customers and help connect them with the appropriate department or team member.

Jump in on a variety of daily tasks to help the service departments operate efficiently. Scan and organize completed documents for proper filing and recordkeeping. Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Be a reliable, flexible team member who is ready to help wherever needed. What We’re Looking For Someone who is dependable, punctual, and ready to work.

Comfortable staying active throughout the day in a physically demanding role . Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday. Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions. Friendly, helpful, and professional with customers and coworkers. Able to work well as part of a fast-paced team.
