Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to: Skilled at painting interior and exterior Ability to spackle and prep walls for painting.

Assists Plant Services with repairs and projects as assigned. Assists Plant Services with snow removal. Maintains a good attitude toward all residents and with all employees.

Qualifications

High School graduate desirable but not mandatory. Some experience desired in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and drywall. Ability to read, write and follow orders. Possess a valid and appropriate state driver’s license and safe driving record. Independent worker with good time management skills.
