Registered Nurse Paediatric

C-Care Darne is currently looking for a R egistered N urse – Pediatric , to be based at C-Care Darne .

Reporting to the Pediatric Supervisor , the selected candidate will be respo nsible t o deliver the best possible technical, compassionate and quality nurs ing care to all patients.

What you will be doing:

To follow the Pediatric Supervisor ’s directions a nd plan his or her day's duties

Assisting colleagues as needed and requested

To monitor the patients’ state of health and to report any abnormality promptly to higher officers

To collect patients’ details on admission and ensure that these are immediately take n down to the Data Input Clerk

To ensure safe custody and administration of drugs .

To a nswer patients ’, call very promptly and politely , and t o ensure that patients’ privacy is always respected

To k eep patients’ notes up to dat e at all times, more precisely the drug chart and food restriction

What are we looking for?

Diploma in general n ursing

Should have at least 2 years’ experience in similar post

Go od communication skills – Fluent in both English and French

Quick learner

Ability to take prompt decisions to enhance patient experience
