Substitute Licensed Nurse

Job Summary

Chico Unified School District is currently recruiting substitutes for the following classification:

• Licensed Vocational Nurse Positions have varying shifts and schedules, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

/ Qualifications All substitutes are required to complete the following prior to working:

• Live. Scan (fingerprint) clearance
• Tuberculosis (TB) clearance
• Keenan Safe. Schools mandated training modules
• New hire paperwork (I-9, W-4, etc.), along with two valid forms of identification Additional requirements include*:
• Possession of a current and valid LVN or RN license
• Possession of a valid California driver’s license and a safe driving record
• Proof of current automobile insurance
• Current CPR and/or First Aid certification Comments and Other Information Please Note: Substitutes work on an on call, as needed basis in the absence of regular employees.
