Position Summary

Responsible for scheduling and supervising in-home care workers and clients in a geographic area. Hours: Full Time: Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm with on call rotation. Location: Addus Home. Support agency staff in delivering high quality services to each client while ensuring services align with the client's care plan. Supervises direct service employees by setting expectations for attendance, performance and conduct by holding employees accountable to the company�s policies and guidelines. Assist in reportable event management and comply with internal and external departments.

Maintains a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive information. Maintains regular, predictable, consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the needs of the agency. Willingness to travel within territory; approximately 35% Other duties as assigned. Position Requirements & Competencies: Must have high school diploma or equivalent 1 year experience in scheduling, administrative and health care required EVV (experience with Electronic Visit Verification Systems preferred) 1 year of caregiving/ personal care is desirable Must be willing to travel Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Computer skills, ability to work in multiple systems Must have reliable transportation Electronic Visit Verification Exp a Plus.
