Security Supervisor - [S]

Quickly and decisively respond to security breaches, alarms, or other emergency situations, ensuring the safety of personnel and property. Oversee the performance of safety personnel, ensuring they adhere to established procedures and protocols.  Communicate daily assignments, changes in procedures, and any relevant information to the staff.

Train new hires and offer ongoing training to existing staff on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and equipment operation, all based on the HFE Safety Program Standard and Callaway Gardens Safety Department policies. Assess the performance of security staff and provide feedback and coaching to improve their skills and performance.
