** Position Overview **

The Line Cook is a key member of our culinary team, responsible for executing dishes with consistency, precision, and care. This role supports a smooth, efficient service by maintaining strong mise en place, following established recipes and techniques, and upholding the high standards that define our kitchens. Ideal candidates are detail ‑ oriented, disciplined, and passionate about producing thoughtful, well ‑ crafted food.

** Key Responsibilities **

  • Execute menu items according to recipes, plating guides, and brand standards

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout service

  • Assist with daily prep, stock rotation, and ingredient management

  • Communicate clearly with the culinary team to ensure smooth service flow

  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety protocols

  • Support a positive, respectful, and collaborative kitchen culture

  • Contribute to closing duties, cleaning tasks, and equipment care

** Qualifications **

  • 1–2 years of professional kitchen experience preferred

  • Strong knife skills and understanding of fundamental cooking techniques
