Sr. Benefits Analyst

Overview

Manage and reconcile monthly invoices for both self-insured and fully insured benefit plans, ensuring billing accuracy and timely payment Audit carrier invoices, eligibility files, and enrollment data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues with vendors and internal stakeholders Responsible for on - going enrollment coordination , reconcilia t ions , and complex issues resolution for all I nsight Global' s sponsored benefit plans Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis related to employee benefit plans Prepare required and ad-hoc reports related to benefit costs , premium contribution s , regulato ry reporting , fle x ible spending account claim forfeitures and invoice reporting I n charge of all audi t/co ntrol responsibilities and conducts QA sessions with benefits team M aintain relationships wi th third-party vendors, communication and assist with the resolution of vendor issues Assist w ith Open Enrollment buildouts , testing and QA Work closel y w ith the rest of the HR team , Recruiters , Finance , Accounting , Payroll , and Communications teams Participate in vendor evaluations, RFP processes, implementation projects, and contract renewals Maintain a strong understanding of ERISA and other applicable federal, state, and local benefits regulations Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, Section 125, Medicare, and retirement plan regulations Support the preparation and distribution of required notices and regulatory filings Support the development, administration, and communication of employee wellness initiatives and campaigns.

Analyze participation metrics and program effectiveness to drive engagement and improve employee well-being.
