We have openings throughout the year and retain General Interest Applications through the end of each season, generally mid-December. Who works here? We employ a variety of field and office staff, such as: Laborers/Pipelayers Heavy Equipment Operators and Apprentices Class A CDL Side & End Dump Drivers Diesel Technicians Field Safety Managers GPS Technicians Estimators/Project Managers General Office Staff General Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods of time; sit, stand, climb, bend, kneel, crawl and squat as needed; lift up to 50 lbs independently.

Availability to work 10-12 hours per day, generally Monday through Saturday for field personnel. Must have your own transportation to report to job sites as assigned. Must be able to travel as projects are awarded. Travel is typically within a 2 hour radius of Des Moines, IA.

Mc. Aninch still pays 100% of all benefits, including health insurance premiums and pension dues . Our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) is a 100% company-funded retirement plan that awards shares in Mc. Aninch Corporation without a penny coming out of your paycheck. Overtime is paid after 40 hours per week and employees are paid weekly on every Friday.

Mc. Aninch Corporation is a seasonal construction contractor. Our active season typically lasts from mid-March through mid-December. Applicants should be aware that year-round work is not guaranteed for field personnel.
