Summary Prepares and serves food for meal service to patients and/or patrons.# Completes sanitation procedures based on guidelines of Allegheny County Health Department and other regulatory agencies for maintaining department work areas, and processes items used for meal service. # Minimum Qualifications Ability to read and follow written and oral instructions.

Preferred Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent. Previous commercial or institutional food service experience.
