Pay & Perks Hourly Pay: $18–$23/hour (based on experience) Weekly Hours: 40–50 hours on average Overtime: Time-and-a-half after 40 hours Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 (paid over first 3 months) All medical, dental, and life insurance for employees is fully covered at 100%. Family medical and dental insurance is covered at 60%.

Travel accommodations provided Career growth and training opportunities What You’ll Do Support environmental field projects across central Tennessee and occasionally nationwide Operate power tools, earthmoving equipment, landscaping equipment, and surveying equipment Safely drive pickup trucks, compact loaders, and mini-excavators Record daily work activities using mobile apps or computer software Travel via company vehicle or commercial airline as needed What We’re Looking For Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Willingness to travel (overnight and out-of-state) 30% of the year Experience with hand tools and light equipment preferred Valid driver’s license required Preferred Qualifications Background in construction (civil), environmental remediation, or landscaping Certifications such as valid DL and ability to obtain a Medical Card.
