Service Manager

Position: Service Manager We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead and develop our after-sales service operations at Mujin Europe.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing service team, ensuring reliable technical support for our customers, and establishing scalable service processes and infrastructure. You will oversee field service activities, implement a service ticketing system, and develop our 24/7 remote support capabilities.

Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
