Registered Nurse | RN/LPN | Iredell Davis Behavioral Health | PRN | Day Shift

Description The RN performs functions of assessing; planning, implementing and evaluating care for assigned patients on a unit during shift. RN is responsible for managing all assigned personnel, supplies and equipment. RN is responsible for promotion of collaboration with all members of the health care team. RN Care Team Leader develops a work plan and provides clear directions and expectations for the care partner.

Scheduled Shift: 7a-7p Hours Per Week: 12 hours (PRN) Requirements This position requires NC Board of Nursing (NCBON) licensure - evidence of the individual's NCBON license is acceptable to demonstrate their academic achievement. RN or LPN. BSN preferred. Previous behavioral health inpatient patient care experienced preferred.

BLS at time of hire from American Heart Association or American Red Cross. De-escalation training (within 30 days). Job Specific Standards Performs direct patient care utilizing the nursing process. Serves as a resource/role model to care partners and other health care providers Supports and adheres to clinical standards of care, policies and procedures.

Supports Iredell Davis Behavioral Health with high standards for communication, collaboration, change management and engagement, provider relations. Adheres to staffing plans.
