Outbound- Picking Supervisor

The Picking / Order Pulling Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily picking and order pulling operations within Cavender’s Wilmer distribution facility, ensuring orders are pulled accurately and on time to keep packing and shipping fully supplied. This role supports the Outbound Manager by leading the picking team, maintaining pick accuracy and pace standards, and ensuring every wave is pulled complete, accurate, and ready to pack.

The Picking / Order Pulling Supervisor plays a key role in training and developing picking associates, enforcing pick accuracy and replenishment standards, and ensuring strong alignment between picking and packing so orders never stall on the floor.
