What You Can Expect : Manage Ocean Freight shipments end-to-end, ensuring smooth and timely execution from booking to final delivery Coordinate with customers, carriers, transport providers and internal teams throughout the shipment process Prepare and manage transport documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely processing Provide proactive customer updates and ensure a high level of customer service Monitor shipment milestones and quickly resolve delays, operational issues and exceptions Support claim handling and issue resolution when required Ensure accurate shipment and file information in our systems and support the invoicing and file-closing process Collaborate with Pricing, Booking and Sales teams to ensure efficient workflows and a positive customer experience What You Bring: 10-month fixed-term contract , with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position based on individual performance and business needs.

Experience in ocean freight forwarding operations, preferably within FCL and/or LCL handling. Strong understanding of operational freight forwarding processes and shipment coordination. Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment. Proficiency in Croatian, English and another language.
