Our Subsea Technology division has an opportunity for an HR Manager based in Spring, TX. The Human Resources Manager oversees HR and payroll operations for Subsea's Spring and Stafford location, ensuring consistent application of company policies, compliance with employment laws, and accuracy of all payroll processes. This role serves as a trusted partner to management and employees, supporting talent acquisition, employee relations, training, performance management and HR administration across all assigned locations. This position requires on-site presence.
