Housekeeper for Apartment Community

Housekeeper | Affton, MO | Full-Time | On-Site Multifamily Housing | Pay: $17.00- $19.00 per hour + Bonus Potential Monarch Investment is seeking a Housekeeper to join our property team in Affton, MO at The Villages at General Grant Apartments. Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of property models, amenities, vacant units and public access areas.

Sabbatical Program- After 5 years choose between 3 weeks paid leave, or a bonus equal to 2 week's pay 20% off rent at any of our communities, terms and conditions apply Paid additional training/school Tuition reimbursement program Yearly anniversary gifts Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for cleaning all vacant apartments for new occupant Responsible for daily trash removal and cleaning of all public access and interior areas Responsible for care, maintenance and inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company related to housekeeping Assist with snow removal (when applicable) Assist with additional assignments and projects as needed Knowledge, Skills and Experience required: 3-6 months experience in professional cleaning preferred Must be detail oriented Monarch is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
