Responsibilities

:- Assist the sales team in identifying and reaching out to potential customers to promote banking products and services. Support customer service operations by addressing client inquiries and resolving basic service issues under supervision. Conduct market research to gather insights on customer needs, competitor offerings, and emerging trends in financial services.

Collaborate with team members to organize and participate in customer engagement activities and promotional events. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, and service requests using the bank’s CRM tools. Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance, customer feedback, and service quality metrics for management review.

Learn and adhere to compliance and regulatory guidelines relevant to banking sales and service activities. Assist in the documentation and processing of customer applications for various banking products, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Support the team in digital banking initiatives by helping customers navigate online platforms and mobile applications.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members. Demonstrated interest in the financial services industry and eagerness to learn about sales and service operations.
