Job Description Responsibilities Support business development prospecting by assisting with cold calling for new prospects and leasing enquiries Assist with market research and data collection to support the planning and execution of the intended trade mix Support the preparation of presentation materials and perform Excel data entry and basic analysis Assist with administrative tasks as required Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned Requirements Currently pursuing a D egree in Business, Re al Estate , or any other related disciplines Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Able to deliver work timely and accurately Demonstrates responsibility and accountability for assigned tasks Detail-oriented, meticulous and willing to learn Closing Statement: At Capita.
