SFE Specialist

THE POSITION Join our Commercial Excellence team in Seoul and play a key role in driving Sales Force Effectiveness through customer segmentation, sales capability development, and commercial excellence initiatives. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance customer engagement, optimize commercial execution, and support business growth through data-driven insights.

This is a 1-year fixed-term contract position to cover a parental leave replacement.(Start : Jan 2027) Tasks & responsibilities Drive, monitor, and evaluate Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) programs and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Drive customer segmentation, targeting, and support sales force optimization activities to improve commercial performance.

Promote the effective adoption of multichannel engagement tools and digital customer interaction platforms. Coordinate and deliver sales force training programs to strengthen field force capabilities and execution excellence. Generate quarterly CEESA market reports and provide insights to support business planning and decision-making.

Collaborate with local, regional, and global stakeholders on Commercial Excellence and SFE-related projects.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, or Sales Training is preferred . Essential understanding of sales and marketing processes, customer engagement strategies, and commercial performance management. Knowledge of customer segmentation, targeting, multichannel engagement, and sales force effectiveness principles.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams. O rganizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, training programs, and competing priorities. Fluent English is preferred ; proficiency in Veeva CRM, Salesforce.
