The company was started with a clear focus on high-tech R&D that fuels innovation and leads to products which can capture the global market and become a cornerstone of the country’s economy.

With more than 100+ installations across the Indian Subcontinent, Middle East, and Southeast Asia, the company is today a de-facto leader in developing and deploying AI for National and Cyber Security. The company’s own range of products serves a diverse client base including Defence and Intelligence organizations, Law Enforcement Agencies, Financial Intelligence Units, BFSI, as well as top Fortune 500 companies.

Having worked with some of the most sensitive organizations, the company has a deep understanding of handling sensitive and critical installations, with a clear focus on developing state-of-the-art products oriented towards solving real-world problems for our clients with exemplary support and 100% customer satisfaction.

Role Overview The Manager – Founder’s Office (Technology) is a high-trust, high-impact strategic role designed for an exceptionally sharp technologist who will work directly alongside the CTO. This person will function as a force-multiplier for the CTO — accelerating technical decision-making, removing engineering blockers, and owning critical initiatives across Product Engineering, AI/ML, Data Platforms, Architecture, and Security.

This is not an administrative role. You will be in the room where it happens — participating in architecture and technical strategy discussions, synthesising complex technical information into executive-grade recommendations, and driving outcomes that directly shape the technology trajectory of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Enablement & CTO Support ● Shadow the CTO across architecture reviews, engineering leadership meetings, client technical discussions, and vendor/partner evaluations — synthesising takeaways into clear action plans ● Serve as the CTO’s analytical and operational backbone: research, benchmark, and translate emerging technology trends into actionable engineering strategy ● Prepare high-quality technical strategy decks, RFC reviews, and architecture presentations independently ● Identify technical bottlenecks, tech debt, and scaling risks, and proactively develop structured, sustainable solutions before they escalate Engineering & Product Delivery ● Actively support the CTO across sprint planning, roadmap prioritisation, and release cycles — from backlog grooming to go-live readiness ● Own and track engineering delivery metrics (velocity, uptime, defect rates, deployment frequency) in collaboration with Engineering Managers; surface data-backed insights to improve delivery efficiency ● Lead or co-lead technical RFP responses, solution architecture documents, and proof-of-concepts for new products or key accounts ● Coordinate closely with Product, Engineering, DevOps, QA, and Security teams to align on technology roadmap milestones Technology Planning & Roadmap Execution ● Co-create the 1-year and 3-year technology roadmap with the CTO — covering platform architecture, AI/ML capability build-out, infrastructure scaling, and security posture ● Drive engineering OKR/KPI tracking across functions; flag deviations and recommend corrective actions with urgency ● Lead special projects and cross-functional technical initiatives from problem framing through to outcome delivery ● Conduct competitive technology analysis, tooling/vendor benchmarks, and build-vs-buy studies to inform strategic technical pivots; research product roadmaps and run competitor mapping to keep the company's technology positioning ahead of the market Stakeholder & Communication Management ● Act as a trusted liaison between the CTO and internal stakeholders, including other CXOs — ensuring clarity, alignment, and follow-through on technical commitments ● Own and maintain executive dashboards consolidating engineering, product, and business metrics for the CTO and other CXOs, and conduct structured reviews to track progress against roadmap commitments ● Represent the CTO in select internal reviews, client technical discussions, or partner/integration discussions when required ● Draft and review critical technical documentation, architecture proposals, RFCs, and technology strategy memos Requirements Qualifications & Requirements Educational Qualification (Mandatory — one of the following) ● Option A: B.

Tech in Computer Science (or related field) from a premium institute — IIT, NIT, or IIIT ● Option B: B.Tech in CS/related field from a premium engineering institute + M.Tech / MS in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related technical discipline (preferred, not mandatory) Work Experience ● Total experience: 3–5 years post B.

Tech ● Minimum 2–3 years in a Founder’s Office, CTO’s office, Technical Program Management, or Solutions Architecture role ● Hands-on software engineering experience (has shipped production code) strongly preferred ● Prior exposure to AI/ML, data platforms, cybersecurity, or enterprise SaaS products is strongly preferred Skills & Competencies ● Exceptional first-principles thinking and structured problem-solving ability (case-interview + system-design calibre) ● Strong technical foundation: system design, distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern data stores (SQL/NoSQL/vector/graph) ● Deep understanding of AI and Analytics products — working knowledge of AI/ML, LLMs, and data engineering pipelines are a strong plus ● Ability to read and review code, architecture diagrams, and technical specs; hands-on scripting (Python) preferred ● Strong technical communication — able to translate deep technical concepts for both engineers and business stakeholders ● Data-driven mindset: comfortable with engineering dashboards, metrics, and analytics tools ● Ability to move fast, handle ambiguity, and deliver under pressure with minimal supervision ● High emotional intelligence and discretion — you will handle confidential technical and product information ● Willingness to roll up sleeves and execute — review code, sit in architecture reviews, not just advise Benefits What Makes You Stand Out ● You’ve directly supported a CTO/VP Engineering through a scaling moment, major re-architecture, or technical crisis ● You’ve personally shipped or significantly contributed to a technical product or platform end-to-end ● You think in systems — not just tasks — and can see around technical corners ● You are equally comfortable in an architecture whiteboard session and a boardroom ● You have an instinct for what matters technically and ruthlessly prioritize accordingly
