Store Associate

Company: Brik Oven Private Limited Department: Stores / Inventory Location: Doddaballapura, Bengaluru Job Summary Brik Oven Private Limited is looking for a Store Associate to support inventory and material-handling activities at its Doddaballapura production facility. The role involves receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking raw materials and supplies required for daily production operations.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and verify incoming raw materials and supplies against invoices and purchase documents. Arrange and store materials in designated locations. Issue raw materials to production teams as per authorized requirements. Maintain accurate stock records and assist with inventory updates. Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and batch details where applicable.

Follow FIFO/FEFO practices to ensure proper stock rotation. Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, and low-stock items. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the storage area.

Requirements

Previous experience in stores, inventory, or warehouse operations is preferred. Basic knowledge of stock handling and record keeping. Basic computer skills and knowledge of Excel are an advantage. Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork. Willingness to follow inventory, hygiene, and safety procedures.
