Within the Information Systems Department and the Business Application team, you will join the Data Management team, whose mission is to participate to the activities to ensure the quality, accessibility, and strategic use of data across the company. As a Data Apprentice, you will actively participate in the team’s initiatives to improve data governance, support data analysis, and help develop tools and processes that enable better data-driven decision-making.

You will learn alongside experienced data professionals and progressively gain autonomy on analytical tasks, data preparation, and data visualization projects. Missions: As Data Apprentice, you participate in: Data preparation and Management: o. Collect, clean, structure and validate datasets from various internal sources o.

Perform data quality checks and contribute to improving data integrity o. Help document data pipelines and processes o. Support the management and sharing of master data using tools such as Precisely Automate or other integrated solutions o. Contribute to the implementation of data governance and lifecycle management practices •Analysis Insights: o.

Support the teams in performing exploratory data analysis (EDA) to detect trends and patterns o. Contribute to producing reports and data-driven insights for business stakeholders o. Respond to ad-hoc data requests from departments such as marketing, operations, or finance •Reporting Visualization o. Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and reports (our current dataviz is Tableau) o.

Help define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) o. Ensure data visualizations are clear, accurate, and aligned with business needs •Project participation o. Take part in data-centric projects (automation, process optimization, analytical prototypes) o. Contribute documentation (data dictionaries, workflows, methodologies) o.

Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand their data challenges and propose practical solutions •AI projects: o.
