Project Manager A&A/New Build

Project Manager (A&A/New Build) Salary Range:$5000-$9000 Office Location:

• Tai Seng Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm
• Saturday: 8:30am to 12:00pm Salary & Benefits:

• Construction Sector – A&A / Building Works Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage project timelines and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Allocate manpower, materials, and budget efficiently for project execution.
• Serve as the main contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors, facilitating clear communication.
• Identify and address project risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure project compliance with contract terms and relevant regulations.
• Maintain quality control to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular progress updates to management and clients.
• Monitor project expenses and manage the budget to ensure cost control.
• Resolve delays, conflicts, and unforeseen issues through effective problem-solving.
• Oversee project handover, ensuring successful completion and proper documentation. Job Requirements:
• Experience working with main contractors in the construction industry.
• Familiarity with coordinating and managing multiple subcontractors, stakeholders, and resources on-site. - 1–3 years of working experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in Singapore.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project for presenting schedules to clients.
