Supervisory IT Specialist (Plcypln)

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN) in the Command Operation Group and Information Technology (IT) Cyber-Security Department of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST. The duty location of this position is Naval Air Station, San Diego, CA.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

1. Analyzing software architectures, security test outputs, and technical code reviews meticulously;
2. Consulting with depot industrial stakeholders, customer program offices, and military leadership to resolve complex operational IT needs;
3. Briefing senior leadership, directing multidisciplinary teams, articulating security risks, and advising functional managers effectively; and
4. Formulating innovative technical solutions to complex, unprecedented system issues, software vulnerabilities, and acquisition testing challenges.
