As a Nurse at Kindergarden in Hilversum, you play an essential role in the wellbeing and development of the children. You create a safe and stimulating environment in which children can grow, develop, and enjoy themselves. Guiding children in their daily activities Creating a warm and familiar atmosphere Collaborating with colleagues and parents Observing and reporting on children’s development Contributing to a positive and inspiring pedagogical environment Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field Proven experience working with children or in a similar role Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong organizational and time management skills Knowledge of child development and educational practices
