Networks with agents, attorneys, and CPA’s to develop referral base Identifying future homebuyers through advertising, seminars, and other channels Verify the information provided on applications to obtain more information if missing data or mistakes are present.

Determine financing objectives and goals Collects data and supporting loan documentation from customers such as their assets, income documents, additional debts, and applicant history with credit bureaus. Maintain constant communication with clients via email, phone, messaging services, and mail from application to closing and post-closing.
