Through strong analysis, facilitation, and project leadership, the Senior Business Analyst independently moves complex initiatives from discovery through implementation and adoption while creating clarity, accountability, and measurable business value. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will: Business Analysis & Solution Design – Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and solution definition for complex enterprise initiatives. Connect people, processes, technology, and data to simplify and standardize work, reduce friction, eliminate unnecessary steps, and identify opportunities for automation while designing better experiences for team members, customers, and operational partners. Lead Projects from Discovery Through Implementation – Manage projects and significant workstreams by establishing scope, milestones, deliverables, ownership, dependencies, risks, and key decisions. Drive accountability and cross-functional coordination, proactively address barriers and competing priorities, and ensure solutions successfully transition from design into implementation, adoption, and sustainable operational ownership. Enable Technology, AI & Automation Solutions – Partner with IT, Data, AI, Strategic Execution, operational leaders, and vendors to identify and implement technology-enabled solutions.
