Senior Residential Loan Processor/Closer

The Senior Residential Loan Processor / Closer is responsible for ensuring that new residential loan packages are processed and completed. Verifies all documentation for accuracy and completeness and follows up on files as directed. Performs all closing and post-closing functions. Also assists the Residential Loan Processing Team Lead with certain tasks and duties.

All responsibilities are in accordance with regulatory requirements and established policies and procedures.
