Mine Superintendent

The Mine Superintendent is responsible for the overall operational performance of mining and material handling activities that support the wet plant and dry plant operations, including safety, production, quality of feed material, cost control, and people leadership within the mining scope. This role provides strategic direction for mining operations, aligns resources to the operating plan, and partners cross‑functionally with Wet Plant and Dry Plant Management, Maintenance, EHS, Quality, and Logistics to achieve safe, compliant, and reliable site operations.

This position has direct supervisory responsibility for Mining and Heavy Equipment Operators only.
