At Diaverum, we're excited to offer an incredible opportunity for experienced nurses to join our clinic in Ipswich. As a renal nurse, you'll specialize in a dynamic dialysis environment while building meaningful patient relationships.

Responsibilities

Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients. Ensuring clinical activities are meticulously documented. Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems. Reviewing pre and post-hemodialysis care with patients. Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications

NMC Registered General Nurse with acute care setting experience. Experience in dialysis preferable. Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct. Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team. Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care. Excellent English communication skills.
