Housekeeping and Laundry Manager

Pine Haven Christian Communities is looking for a Housekeeping and Laundry Manager to lead our Housekeeping, Laundry, and Environmental Services teams across our campuses. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong teams, improving processes, and ensuring our residents have a clean, safe, and welcoming environment every day.

What You'll Do

Lead, support, and develop team members Oversee daily Housekeeping, Laundry, and Environmental Services operations across all campuses. Maintain high standards for cleanliness, sanitation, infection control, and regulatory compliance. Manage departmental budgets, supplies, equipment, and inventory. Coordinate services and transportation of linens and other items between campuses.

Partner with other departments to improve services and enhance resident satisfaction. Identify opportunities for improvement while promoting a safe, positive, and team-oriented work environment.

Requirements

Previous supervisory or management experience. At least five years of experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related medical setting. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to teamwork, quality service, and positive working relationships.
