Eitas is currently hiring for a Driver Supervisor: 6400 James A. Reed Rd., Kansas City MO 64133 Full time schedule Pay range for starting salary: $27.62 per hour, more possible based on experience Comprehensive benefit package, including health, vision, and dental Company-paid life, short-term and long-term disability insurance 22 days PTO earned your first year, 12 holidays, plus 1 floating holiday per year Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Supervise the performance of a team of Drivers, providing direction, performance counseling, recognition, and discipline as appropriate. Ride along with assigned Drivers periodically, as needed. Coordinate the scheduling of assigned Driver team to ensure the safe, efficient, and timely coverage of assigned routes. Randomly review bus video footage and computer data of assigned Driver team regarding service quality and safety. Discuss observations with Driver team as needed. Evaluate Driver team on an ongoing basis and prepare written evaluations in a timely fashion. Assist DOT Management in reinforcing established safety practices and compliance with company policies. Qualifications

The successful candidate will have: High School Diploma or GED Commercial Driver’s License Experience driving passenger vehicles, 3-5 years required At least 1 year of management/supervisory experience Good driving record Knowledge of the Kansas City metropolitan area Current certifications including, but not limited to, CDL, DOT medical, CPR and first aid A combination of training, education and work experience performing similar duties will also be considered
