Activities Assistant – Memory Care (Full-Time) Solutions by Kintura | Memory Care Center 2701 Henry Street, Greensboro, NC 27405 Pay: $18.72 per hour Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. No Nights, Weekends, or Holidays! Solutions by Kintura is looking for a compassionate, energetic, and creative Activities Assistant to join our Memory Care Center team in Greensboro! This is a rewarding opportunity to help enrich the lives of older adults living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia through fun, engaging activities and meaningful daily interactions.

What You'll Do

Assist with planning and leading engaging daily activities, including games, music, crafts, and group programs Encourage social interaction, creativity, and cognitive stimulation Provide meaningful one-on-one engagement with participants Adapt activities to meet individual interests and abilities Help create a welcoming, fun, and supportive environment Organize activity supplies and maintain clean, inviting program spaces Assist with meals and light housekeeping as needed Build positive relationships with participants, families, and team members Work closely with the team to develop new and creative activity ideas What We're Looking For Previous experience leading activities for older adults preferred Experience working with individuals living with Alzheimer's disease or dementia is a plus Creative, outgoing, patient, and compassionate personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to engage individuals and groups in meaningful activities Dependable, flexible, and able to work well as part of a team A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of older adults Why Join Solutions by Kintura?
