Full-Time Server – Hillcrest Shadow Lake Location: Papillion, NE Address: 1507 E Gold Coast Road, Papillion, NE 68046 Service Line: Hillcrest Shadow Lake Schedule: Full-Time Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for friendly, dependable, and service-focused Servers to join our dining team at Hillcrest Shadow Lake in Papillion, NE.

As a Server, you will help bring that mission to life by providing attentive service, creating a positive dining experience, and making mealtime something residents can look forward to.

What You’ll Do As a Server , you will work closely with residents and the culinary team to provide friendly, efficient, and personalized dining service. You will: Greet residents and guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Take meal and beverage orders accurately. Assist residents with menu selections and dining requests.

Serve meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner. Learn resident preferences and help create a personalized dining experience. Set up and reset dining-room tables before and after meal service. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment. Assist with stocking dining areas and maintaining appropriate supply levels.

Work closely with the culinary team to keep meal service running smoothly. Communicate resident preferences, concerns, or special requests to the appropriate team member. Follow established food-safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures. Assist with special meals, celebrations, events, and additional dining needs as assigned.

Jump in wherever needed to support the team and create a great resident experience. A genuine interest in working with aging adults. Ability to work effectively as part of a culinary and hospitality team. Comfort working in a fast-paced dining environment.

Previous restaurant, senior living, hospitality, food service, or customer-service experience preferred but not required.

Education

Must be able to safely perform the physical duties associated with dining service. Must be able to perform repetitive standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and movement throughout the shift.

Must be flexible and calm when responding to resident, guest, family, or team needs. Must have strong attention to detail and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced dining environment. Must be able to utilize technology and available resources efficiently and effectively. Must follow established food-safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures.
