Job description
- Work as a team to improve Quality for whole product life(NPI/MP/Field).
- Work on worldwide Quality documentation, standardization and synchronization.
- Analyze data/report and host meetings for worldwide manufacturing Quality CIP.
- Coordinate all quality activities to fulfill the requirements of product and process from clients.
- Coordinate with all functional teams on Quality audits and QBR to meet clients’ expectation.
要求 / Requirements:
- With at least bachelor’s degree, especially IE, ME, EE, or Engineering training.
- Engineering background or management experiences would be preferred.
- With good English competency in 4 skills, TOEIC 750+.
- With good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to coordinate with different teams.
- Willing to work proactively and effectively.
- Willing to take long-term and frequent business trips.
- With at least 2 years or above of Quality management experiences.
