Nurse Manager

Works under the direct supervision of the CNO to supervise activities of all clinical sites and acts as clinical champion. Provides direction to the daily clinical activities of the Health Center sites as it pertains to the nursing. Coordinates with the Front Office Operations Managers to ensure an efficient patient flow and productive patient encounter.

Responsible for oversight of clinical staffing and assignments, and supplies related to medical visit, ie…medications, vaccines, equipment and clerical supplies.
