Finance Superintendent

Role Purpose Lead Finance operations and ensure accurate financial reporting, effective cost control, and compliance with company policies, IFRS, SOX, and local tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Business Analysis teams. Oversee monthly and annual financial reporting and financial analysis. Monitor budgets, costs, and operational performance; provide financial advice to management. Ensure compliance with IFRS, SOX, internal controls, and local tax requirements. Coordinate with internal/external auditors and tax authorities.

Partner with Mine Site Operations to strengthen cost control and financial management. Drive continuous improvement and support Finance team development. Report to Zijin HQ. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant Finance experience . Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting, and auditing.

Experience with financial and payroll systems. Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills. Strong business acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment. Excellent English and Chinese communication skills
