Direct Support Professional // Weekday Overnight

Weekend Overnight wake shift | $21.60–$24.60/hour Locations: Niles, Morton Grove, Mt. Prospect, Des Plaines, and Evanston, IL, Highland Park Location assignments are first come, first served based on available openings. Schedule: Friday: 11:00 PM–9:00 AM Saturday: 9:00 PM–9:00 AM Sunday: 9:00 PM–9:00 AM Valid driver's license required.

Must be willing to drive company vehicles. Pay $21.60/hour base rate $24.60/hour for employees listed as a DD-Aide on the HCWR About the Position Rimland is seeking dependable, compassionate, and professional DSPs to support adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.

Responsibilities include

Assisting with daily living activities Meal preparation Supporting independence and social skills Providing companionship Community outings and activities Supporting individual goals No prior DSP experience required. Paid training is provided.
