Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Since opening the agency in 2017, we've built a team that believes success comes from taking care of both our customers and each other. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I had the opportunity to play professional baseball in the Kansas City Royals organization. The lessons I learned through sports—discipline, teamwork, accountability, and perseverance—continue to influence how I lead my agency today.

Outside of work, I'm a proud dad who values family and making the most of life's experiences. I love to travel and strongly believe that a successful career should also allow time to enjoy life outside of work. name }}, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
