Tasks Help with product research, specs, and testing Dig into our candidate and hiring data to surface patterns Turn user feedback and data into product insight Requirements Curious and structured, and comfortable with data Some stats or data-science chops (Python, SQL a plus) Itching to ship something real Benefits Real responsibility from week one - you're on the actual product and customers, not making coffee.
