Senior Distribution Center Lead

The Senior Distribution Center (DC) Team Lead oversees and assists with the day-to-day activities of the assigned department and Team Members, as instructed by the DC Department Supervisor. Acts as a "player-coach," monitoring and assisting the work of Warehouse Team Members performing a variety of duties in the warehouse.

Assists with implementing work procedures to improve Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Morale within the operation.
