Housekeeping Room Attendant (Only Full Time & Part Time)| Holiday Inn & Suites Geelong

Applications will only be accepted from Candidates who wish to work in a Full-Time or Part-Time contract. Your day to day

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing furniture and fixtures.
• Ensure that bathrooms are clean and stocked with towels, toiletries, and other essentials.
• Replenish guest room supplies, including towels, linens, and amenities.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness in all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including using proper cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Attend to special requests from guests, such as providing extra pillows or blankets, or arranging for transportation or other services.
• Maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service at all times. Responsible Business
• Maintain and order supplies and equipment in a timely and efficient manner while minimizing waste and maintaining “green” initiatives (example: container recycling and cleaning agents).
• May maintain procedures for security of lost and found items.
• Perform other duties as assigned. May also serve as Supervisor on duty as per Hotel needs. Accountabilities This position reports to the Housekeeping Supervisor and Manager of Housekeeping.
