Working alongside the Maintenance Supervisor and property team, you’ll help maintain a community while providing responsive and professional service to our residents.

What You’ll Do Maintain the overall appearance, functionality, and safety of the community. Troubleshoot and complete a variety of resident service requests with a focus on timely, professional, and high-quality service.
Prepare apartment homes for new residents by completing repairs and preventative maintenance. Perform hands-on maintenance in areas including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, pools, and building exteriors . Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor and property team to identify maintenance needs and keep the community operating at its best.
Deliver a positive resident experience by taking pride in your work and helping create a community residents are proud to call home.
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years in multifamily apartment maintenance Knowledge and experience repairing plumbing, electrical, carpentry items, building exteriors and appliances Dedication to exceeding the needs of all customers with an ability to build and maintain relationships Demonstrate thoroughness, self-motivation and organization when accomplishing tasks Ability to work a non-traditional schedule including evenings, weekends and on -call hours Education, Licenses, and Certifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent EPA certification (or willingness to obtain) and substantial experience in making HVAC related repairs Still Undecided?
