$0.80 CPM Starting Pay $0.05 CPM Performance Bonus Earn $1,000 for every year of verifiable CDL experience Annual performance raises 5,000-8,000 team miles per week Driver Qualifications Valid Class A CDL Minimum 1 Year Verifiable OTR Experience Acceptable MVR Able to Cross the U.S. and Canada (if applicable) Professional Attitude & Safety Mindset
