Teaching Asst-Classroom - Villa Maria School

The Teaching Assistant supports students’ educational, therapeutic, behavioral, and daily living needs in classroom and residential settings. Working under the direction of school leadership, teachers, and interdisciplinary team members, this position helps implement individualized supports, maintain active supervision, reinforce safe expectations, and contribute to a structured, trauma-informed environment that promotes student safety, engagement, and progress toward educational and therapeutic goals.
