Principal and Major Gift Managers

We are always interested in connecting with experienced major and principal gifts fundraisers across different countries who are passionate about building meaningful relationships and securing transformational philanthropic support.

In these roles , you would identify and cultivate high-value prospects, develop compelling funding opportunities, build trusted relationships with donors and influencers, and secure significant multi-year gifts that support WHO’s global health priorities. You will work closely with colleagues, senior leadership, and partners across the WHO Foundation and WHO in a dynamic, international environment.

If you are an accomplished fundraising professional with a strong track record in principal or major gifts fundraising, UHNW/HNWI relationship management, and delivering ambitious fundraising targets, we would love to hear from you. Experience in global health, international development, higher education, or the nonprofit sector is highly valued.
