Valley View is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join Valley View Family Medicine in Eagle. This is an opportunity to help expand access to high-quality primary care while practicing within an independent, community-based healthcare organization serving Colorado’s Western Slope. • Broad-spectrum outpatient family medicine with a mix of acute care, chronic disease management, and continuity of care across a broad patient population

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for unrestricted Colorado medical licensure
• Eligible for Valley View Hospital Medical Staff membership and appropriate clinical privileges, as applicable
