Marketing Campaign Manager – Maternity Cover (12 months)
Job description
Aiimi is a British technology and services company on a mission to turn enterprise data from a source of chaos and risk into a trusted, strategic asset. Through our Automated Data Governance platform and expert consultants, we help our customers get business value – from national security and critical infrastructure providers to leading global brands and government agencies.
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on marketer to join our team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract for 12 months. As Marketing Campaign Manager, you’ll be responsible for executing and optimising integrated marketing campaigns that support business growth, drive demand, and align with company-wide objectives.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that requires both analytical thinking and creative instinct, but above all, a strong focus on day-to-day campaign management and delivery. You’ll play a key role in running go-to-market activities, owning campaign execution, identifying growth opportunities, and helping the business position itself effectively across competitive, emerging, and regulated markets.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on hands-on campaign management, enjoys working at speed, and has a strong track record of delivering and optimising results across digital channels. 5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on hands-on campaign execution, optimisation, and use of marketing automation tools (especially Hub.
Spot). Proven experience running and optimising LinkedIn and Google search ad campaigns. Demonstrable ability to implement and optimise marketing strategies that generate pipeline and drive growth in a consultancy or tech business. Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, buyer journeys, segmentation, and lead lifecycle management.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, concise messaging. Experience working closely with sales, product, and leadership stakeholders. Confident managing multiple projects, timelines, and cross-functional teams, with a focus on prioritisation and delivering at pace.
Desirable but not essential: Experience in a data, AI, or enterprise software company; a background in product marketing, consulting services, or multi-service organisations; experience developing positioning and messaging frameworks. Must be eligible to work and based in the UK and able to attend our Milton Keynes office on a hybrid basis.
Execute and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns (including email, social, and digital) using Hub. Spot and other marketing platforms. Hands-on management of Hub. Spot: build, launch, and track campaigns, manage workflows, and report on engagement and performance. Run and optimise LinkedIn and Google search ad campaigns, working with our digital partner to define and target the right audiences.
Apply and adapt existing messaging and positioning strategies for Aiimi’s services and software. Implement audience segmentation and targeting using established buyer personas and channel strategies. Support the rollout of go-to-market activities for new offerings and campaigns, working closely with the wider team. Work with Product Marketing, Sales, and Services teams to define campaign objectives, messaging, and success metrics.
Set KPIs and success metrics for campaigns, ensuring performance is tracked, analysed, and optimised over time. Use data and insights to refine positioning, channel mix, and messaging based on audience engagement and pipeline contribution. Collaborate with the wider marketing team (content, digital, design) to ensure execution aligns with strategic goals.
Support leadership with market research, competitive intelligence, and strategic insights that inform growth priorities. Help ensure Sales and Services teams are equipped with the right messaging, tools, and collateral to engage target audiences effectively. 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) Flexible working options – hybrid Mental health and wellbeing support, including access to counselling Annual wellbeing allowance (e.
g. personal training, fitness, wellness apps) Up to 10% of your salary in employee benefits, including critical illness cover, life insurance, and private healthcare (post-probation) Generous company pension contribution Ongoing professional development and training opportunities
